Shipping and Delivery

All Orders received will only be processed after payment cleared.

 Naturay uses third party couriers services to deliver ,the delivery time varies  between  3-5 working days ( excluding Weekends and public holidays).Deliveries are done via door-to-door couriers , counter to counter couriers and therefore the courier company requires the correct physical address. we do not take responsibility for any lost items due to incorrect shipping address, please make sure you fill in the correct Physical address /  Store or shop address and postal code . All parcels sent out for delivery are addressed exactly as per your order form –  please fill in  the correct details to ensure successful deliver.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Should a package be returned due to incorrect address or customer unable to collect the item from the courier company than that customer will have to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery. Parcels are sent for delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time does not include processing time, Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
